Clint Eastwood, 92, is supposedly working on his final film – and it’s heartbreaking.

Clint Eastwood is hard at work on his next film as a director, but it may be the final one we see him in.

According to rumors, the legendary Hollywood performer is considering retiring from directing after his next film, Juror #2, which appears to be a courtroom thriller.

According to Discussing Film, sources close to the actor have shed some light on Eastwood’s plans, stating that his next film could be the last of his long and successful career.

If Juror #2 is produced, it will be Eastwood’s 40th film as a director. The 92-year-old most recently directed and featured in Cry Macho (2021), but he has a long list of award-winning films under his belt, including Letters from Iwo Jima and Flags of Our Fathers (2006), Million Dollar Baby (2004), American Sniper (2014), and Sully (2016).

According to sources, Juror #2 will focus on a guy summoned to deliberate on a murder case only to discover that he may have been the cause of the victim’s death.

As the trial progresses, the juror “must grapple with the dilemma of whether to manipulate the jury to save himself, or to reveal the truth and turn himself in.”

According to Discussing Film, Juror #2 is in the works with Warner Bros. – Eastwood has worked with the studio for most of his glittering career.

According to reports, the picture has been “internally billed” as the Dirty Harry star’s final feature; however, other rumors suggest he may return.

Though the actor-turned-director is busy, he makes time to enjoy his life by drastically limiting his work commitments. Clint Eastwood’s daughter, Francesca Eastwood, recently commented about what a wonderful grandfather he has been.

She captioned photos of the megastar with his grandson Titan, “The best dad.” “The best grandfather.” People in the comments quickly pointed out how similar the two appeared.

Clint’s daughter, Laurie Murray, has a son named Lowell Tomas Murray, who has spoken openly about his grandfather. He reacted to Eastwood’s character, saying, “All I would say is that he’s been a great father to my mom and always great to my family and me whenever we see him.”

I don’t know about you, but I’d like Clint Eastwood to keep creating movies indefinitely. He has such a unique gift!

Are you a Clint Eastwood fan? Will you miss him when he retires from filmmaking? Please let us know in the comments section.
